Our final Irish shipping date is 20th December. Our final international shipping date is 16th December. Any orders made between the 20th til the 29th will be shipped out on the 30th December.
Shipping will be resumed to normal hours on the 2nd of January 2025.
We deliver to Irish addresses (at this time until Brexit is sorted) and only to the address of the paying cardholder. Prices shown on the website do not include postage & packaging charges.
All orders Under 5kg to the Republic of Ireland will have a Postage & Packaging charge of €7.35 inc VAT (Excluding Bikes), & Over 5kg will have P&P charge of €13.35. Note: In most situations, bar busy periods we dispatch In-Stock orders the same Day, other wise please allow 2 business days to dispatch.
Free Delivery applies to any Bike order over €1000.00, which includes one or more bicycles & accessories. Alternatively, a bike delivery charge of €49.99 for Bikes Less than €1000.00. Deliveries can be made to an address in the Republic of Ireland only, at this time. In addition, in the case busy times or our delivery vehicle is Not full at your scheduled delivery time, we reserve the right to ship via DPD.
Please Note: Bike deliveries could take a Week or Two to commence depending on our delivery schedule. We however prefer to size and fit bikes prior to delivery/collection for your cycling comfort and enjoyment, as this is important. Arrangements for this will be made at the time of purchase.
Our website functions off a live feed from our shop stock system. Stock should be accurate at all times, but due to human or technical errors could be inaccurate at times. If you purchase a product and an error in stock occurs or the price is wrong we will contact you immediatly, we reserve the right not to sell a product if there is a problem.

If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your product, please make returns within fourteen days of dispatch. We will refund for the cost of the product/s minus the shipping cost via the original payment method, following inspection on return. We do not cover the cost of returns and require that product is in its original packaging and unused upon return.
If an item needs to be returned to us please call OE Bikes shop first to obtain a returns number. If goods are found to be faulty we will refund or replace them at our discretion within the manufacturers warranty period, commencing from the date of purchase. All returns, regardless of reason, shall be at the customer’s expense.
